How does your repair facility work with insurance companies?
We complete repairs for customers of major insurance companies every day. If you choose to file a claim, we will work directly with your insurance company to take care of all necessary communication, and we'll even arrange a rental car for you.

Where will the repair work be performed?
All work is performed at our main repair facility. If you drop your car off at one of our satellite locations, we'll transport it to the main facility, where it will benefit from our state-of-the-art equipment and industry-leading technicians. This allows us to repair your car as quickly as possible.

Do I need an appointment for a repair estimate?
You'll save time with a scheduled appointment; however, we will accommodate walk-in customers in between scheduled appointments.

Do you charge for repair estimates?
There is no charge for the estimate.

How much does a rental car cost per day?
We will help you arrange alternative transportation while your vehicle is undergoing repair. If you have "rental reimbursement" on your insurance policy, your car insurance may actually cover a portion or all of the costs associated with the rental. Specific rental car prices depend on the type of car chosen and availability. If you have more specific questions, we are happy to provide you with the phone number of our preferred rental car company.
