Certification Fees Vehicles purchased with Certified announcements will accrue additional buyer fees.

Title Absent Policy Sellers have 30 calendar days to surrender titles sold through Manheim Central Florida.

Loading Agreement Policy The loading fee at Manheim Central Florida is $30 per vehicle. This fee will be added to the buyers A/R. All public buyers must pre-pay this fee before the vehicle is loaded.

Storage Fee Policy All vehicles on property at Manheim Central Florida for more than 14 days after purchase date are subject to a $10 per day fee. Fees will post automatically on day 15. Policy applies to vehicles purchased across all purchasing channels, no exceptions.

Title Turn-In Policy All prior reassignments must be complete. Mileage must be filled in accurately. Odometer boxes must be checked. Make sure titles are complete before turning them in.

“If” Bid/Offer Update Offers/”If” bids will be binding until the end of business, which is 5pm day of sale, 12 noon next day for Central Nights & Morgan Monday.

Due to security reasons no visitor passes will be issued until further notice.

For safety and insurance reasons, no one under the age of 18 allowed.

Vehicles offered for sale 3 times or more may be subject to storage fee in accordance with this policy and can be assessed 7 calendar days from the third time the vehicle is offered for sale.

Please do not leave cars in the transport lot, and Client/Employee lot, as they will be towed.
